What is Winner?
WINNER is a UNDP programme financed by the Italian Cooperation for Development, Ministry of External Relations of Italy and executed by the Devnet Association, an NGO with category 1 consultancy status with the United Nations. The programme promotes, trains, supports and provides connectivity to women entrepreneurs of micro-, small- and medium-scale enterprises, as well as women dedicated in the artisan production of goods and services.

Where is Winner?
The Winner network is present in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe and Latin America. It has offices in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Uruguay, Venezuela, Bangladesh, China, Nepal, Philippines, Zimbabwe, Albania and Romania.
What benefits can the Winner network give me?
Permanent contact with the community of women entrepreneurs in various regions of the world. Relationships with companies, organizations, foundations, ethical banks, the third world and women projects. Exchange of experiences, technologies, and management and process innovations. Realizing business opportunities and initiating contacts and negotiations with potential clients. Training in the use of new information technologies, in business management and in gender issues.
The Winner network offers a set of services designed with and for women entrepreneurs and that is also being adapted to suit the needs of the beneficiaries:
Community of enterpreneurs. A grouping for the participation, exchange and realization of opportunities for women at the national and international level.
Community of organizations. Linkages between women entrepreneurs, and national, regional and international, private and public institutions that participate and support the Winner network.
Directory of institutions. Linkages to the different sites of institutions related to the theme of women, specifically women entrepreneurs.
Business opportunities. Notes of offers and requests for products, services and technologies directly placed by women entrepreneurs of the Winner Network in the whole world. The system is easy, direct and without intermediaries to be in contact with offers or requests by the principals in the business, commercial and services sectors.
Training. Courses in entrepreneurial management, international commerce and new technologies by means of hands-on activities, distance learning through multimedia system using an exclusive tutorial system.
Electronic round tables. Services designed to promote direct negotiations between potential clients and business partners.
Noticies. Continuously updated service with previews, innovations, news of activities of the Winner network and other information of interest to women.
Information and documents. Archive with useful materials and documents related to your activity or enterprises, such as linkages, how to create a company or a cooperative, corporate, labor or commercial legislation, projects, initiatives and programmes of different organizations, credit entities, as well as social, educational, health and employment programes.
Support and assistance offices. Attends to queries of the individual as well as to organizations and women's circles.
