Since then, we have managed to improve our business linkages through the Internet and use of various e-commerce tools.  This resulted in our having been invited to attend a workshop in India on women ICT enterprises.  WINNER/ZIMBABWE also donated a computer to our organization, thereby enabling us to fully participate in E-commerce. Prior to that, we participated in a trade show in Europe, which was facilitated by WINNER/ZIMBABWE and UNIFEM/ZIMBABWE. 

Before we joined the WINNER Project, our business was almost collapsing due to lack of skills and access to markets.  Now it is a thing of the past and we are very grateful to the Italian government, UNDP/UNIFEM and WINNER/ZIMBABWE for the timely intervention. 

We hope this project will continue to benefit more entrepreneurs, especially marginalized women in Zimbabwe and the world over.”

“When I was invited to attend the WINNER workshop, I did not know what was in store for our organization.  To date, our organization has benefited greatly from the skills development and other training courses conducted by WINNER/ZIMBABWE. 

With our affiliation with WINNER Project, we can now go into networking with other organizations.  Therefore, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to WINNER/ZIMBABWE and UNDP/UNIFEM and, more importantly, to the Italian government for implementing this project.  We wish and hope that WINNER would continue to offer more services to more women in the future.
