International Cooperation between DEVNET and China Ordos City

In order to promote and implement two cooperation projects, Economist Mr. Daniel Barrios, General Director of DEVNET, visited the city of Ordos in May 2010. Following extensive interviews and analysis with government officials, a Cooperation Agreement between the Government of Ordos City and Devnet Association has been agreed to be signed. |

Accord signed to extend WINNER to China, Mekong countries

An agreement between Devnet Association and the Women’s Federation of Shanghai was recently signed to intensify the cooperation and communication between international organizations and local Chinese government entities in the run up to the Shanghai World Expo in 2010. The agreement is viewed as a strategic alliance between these organizations, whereby Devnet will undertake preparatory activities for the introduction of the WINNER Program in China, including the countries of the Mekong Sub-region in Southeast Asia |
